Delivering a complex construction and engineering project in accordance with your initial expectations is challenging. Such challenges may evolve into costly and time-consuming disputes which could significantly reduce a Client’s profit margin on a project.
Our overarching objective is to assist Clients in delivering their projects in accordance with their initial expectations – a “win-win” outcome for the project’s stakeholders. We use our extensive industry experience and specialist construction and engineering legal skills to understand our Clients’ challenges on a project and provide bespoke solutions to avoid potential costly and time-consuming disputes arising.
Our “Outsourced Project Counsel” (OPC) resource works closely with a Client’s Project Delivery Team to provide specialist legal support, either on or off the record, at any stage of a project’s lifecycle. This ensures that the Client’s interests are protected and your OPC can provide the best potential solution to resolve an issue whilst being prepared, in the worst-case scenario, for a formal action.
Your OPC
Your OPC resource is tailored to meet your requirements and/or budget at any stage of a project’s lifecycle. Our experience, however, informs us that the earlier a Client uses Your OPC the greater the benefit it obtains which reduces the risk that a formal dispute will arise.
Your OPC provides bespoke pragmatic solutions to the challenges of delivering a complex construction and engineering project. It includes a cloud-based project portal which provides Clients with easy access to project documents from any location across the globe with an internet connection.
