Drafting the standard form subcontracts, ensuring “back to back” risk allocation with the Main Contract, and advising upon procurement strategy going forward (USD 250 m).
Acting for the International Main Contractor and providing advice in relation to the best procurement strategy, including negotiating and drafting the FIDIC “yellow book” and residual documentation, for a work package within a large Solar Farm in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (USD 150 m).
Acting as the Main Contractor’s OPC in relation to a significant power project in Qatar (USD 250 m). Providing specialist construction and engineering legal advice throughout the project’s lifecycle in relation to a number of issues including design, delay, variations and non-payment.
